Section 1

What this covers

This policy covers craftedforcommunity.com and the emails you exchange with me, Crafted for Community, LLC (“I”, “me”).
It doesn't cover the HOA websites I build. Each has its own privacy policy from its HOA. On those sites I handle residents' information only on the HOA's behalf, under Section 8 of the service terms.

Section 2

What you send me. When you fill in the get-started form: your name, email, role, your HOA's name and number of homes, its current website, and your answers about features and timing. When you email me: whatever you write.
Nothing else on purpose. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking tools. The sign-in page isn't connected yet and collects nothing.
Server logs. Like any website, the hosting service briefly logs technical details of each visit, such as IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.

Section 3

To reply to you, to understand your HOA, and to prepare a preview or a quote if you ask for one.
If your HOA becomes a client, to work with you under the service terms.
I don't add you to a mailing list, I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the services below.

Section 5

Form submissions and emails stay in my inbox while they're useful for our conversation. Ask, and I'll delete them.
For clients, I keep records for the length of our agreement and as long afterward as tax and business records require.

Section 6

Email hello@craftedforcommunity.com to ask what I have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. I'll reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Section 7

Children. This site is for HOA boards and isn't meant for children under 13. I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes. If this policy changes, I'll post the new version here with a new date.
