- Go to github.com and sign up with your board email.
- Click + → New repository. Name it after your HOA, like
woodmark-hoa (lowercase, dashes, no spaces), choose Private, then click Create repository. - In the new repository, open Settings → Collaborators → Add people and enter my GitHub username,
cjreynoldsflatt.
Tip Use a regular account, not a GitHub "organization". It's simpler, and it keeps hosting at one $20 seat.

- Go to vercel.com, click Continue with GitHub and use the GitHub account from step 1.

- Open Settings → Members → Invite and invite my email as a Member.
Expect a small extra charge Adding me uses a second paid seat, $20 a month, prorated. I need it only for the roughly two months of setup, then I leave the team, so plan on about $40 extra, once. If a setting needs changing later, you can add me back for a few days.

Can Connect your code, domain and settings.
Can't Change billing or remove you.
After launch I leave the team. Updates still publish when I change the code, so you don't pay for a second seat.
